It’s probably considered “time served”, in this case. From the date of the test until the findings were released. So, he’s already finished the 2 month suspension.

But it probably did throw a monkey wrench into his plans for his next fight. Everything just stopped dead for 2 months. He might have been in line for a number 1 contender fight? But I’m not sure who was supposed to be next. Hopefully this suspension didn’t fuck up his plans too badly.

Raises both testosterone and estrogen by a small amount, could in theory lead to better gains or quicker recovery.

I used it twice one mesocycle when bodybuilding and for a few months a few years later when focusing on strength training. I didnt feel like it made a difference either time.


Most over the counter supplements are like that, besides creatine and pre workout they are mostly a waste of money.
