Decent list. I would probably bump DC down a couple and Aldo up. And not sure Usman (and maybe Izzy) will stand teh test of time. But otherwise its solid list for the 20 best fighters.

You think Couture, Cain and Cro Cop should be ranked ahead of Nog? Nog and Werdum have far better resumes than them.

And do you really think Cejudo, Royce, BJ Penn, Cruz should be ranked ahead of Nog and Werdum? Nog and Werdum have like more than double the amount of quality wins as those guys. They were world champions as well.

Anderson Silva has always fought midgets smaller than him just like Jones did, you are not called the GOAT for fighting opponents smaller than you, but you are called the GOAT for fighting opponents bigger than you just like Fedor did most of his career. Fabricated fake "GOATs" by the UFC. Despite already fighting midgets and the likes of Travis Lutter, Patrick Coté, Thales Leites etc, such "great" fighters LoL... and hiding himself in a inferior weight class than his real weight class, he still wanted to tuck and handpick opponents most of the time in UFC, what is a joke. Same thing applies for Jones, half of his title defenses are against middleweights or fighters much smaller in height or reach than him LoL and he has also run from AJ in AJ's prime and also he was busted several times in the antidoping, completely fabricated fake "GOAT" by the UFC.

If not for Cain forcing him down to LHW. DC would've retired the greatest HW of that era, hands down.

I love how you guys pretend like the Strikeforce GP was the last time DC fought at HW, and not his mediocre performances against Staring, Mir, and Nelson afterwards. DC would've been folded in half by the first knee Overeem landed on him, he doesn't have the size or length to do what Cain did to JDS, Werdum would've done the same thing he did to Cain, and we all know from DC himself he can't beat Cain.

Moving down was the best thing that ever happened to him as it let everybody excuse his first loss(es) coming from Jon Jones instead of the HW contenders he wasn't going to be able to deal with given how he was most recently looking against jabronis. Moving down also forced him to be less of a fat fuck, which was what was causing him to look so mediocre. Then of course he lucked his way into the belt completely by accident as Jones hit a pregnant woman with his car and so he didn't actually have to beat the champion there. Which he couldn't do.

DC doesn't have his decent career without moving down. It's the most bizarre fantasy ever that people pretend otherwise.

It’s a reasonable list ignoring just how many names are there overall despite being a top 15.

Aldo above Cejudo and DC all day imo. Double champ is an impressive accomplishment but I value reigning on top of a division for an extended period higher.

Not to downplay the wins also but the rivalries overall between Cejudo/MM and DC/Stipe should be taken into consideration.
