-Undefeated 29-0
-Undisputed UFC champ and defended belt several times with no problems
-Never lost a round in MMA (he didn't lose Gaethje R1/Conor R3)
-Never cut or bruised
-Never dropped or even rocked
-Count on one hand how many times he was hit clean in 29 fights
-Undefeated in sparring and grappling
-Never tapped in training
-Destroyed Rockhold/DC/Cain/Fitch etc everyday at AKA

MMA will never see a fighter like this again. Khabib haters are upset that they will never see Khabib lose and that he retired on top :p:p:p:p

Undefeated and Undisputed

Enjoy retirement GOAT!

From now on, Islam Makhachev will take over and show these lightweight bums true Dagestani power.

>same world titles as BJ Penn, Frankie Edgar and Benson Henderson
>legacy impossible to surpass

U gotta love habeeb fans

Also stop with the LIES that he never lost a round, your opinion doesn't matter, scorecards do and he did.

Not a big fan of the guy but it's gonna be hard to beat I know that much.

Maybe if someone comes in and gets like 6 title defences or something, but it'll take a real talent to do that.

Really wish he'd got to fight GSP for the 30-0 though

3 title defenses. Someone else will eventually come along and dominate the division for years. A Jones, Silva, or GSP level talent who will put in the work to stay at the top and surpass Khabib.
And that'll always be the lingering question, could this fighter beat Khabib? Already a big what if when it does indeed happen, whoever the next dominate champion at 155 will be.

Imagine every other athlete in the UFC had their lifestyle/future fully financed by so all they had to worry about was training and fighting...

The UFC would be full of Connors and Khabib's...

You don't get to say he didn't lose any rounds to Tibau (and the proof is the 3 judges said so) but he also didn't lose any rounds to Conor or Justin (who cares what the 3 judges thought).

If you don't blatantly lie, your argument will be stronger.
If you have to lie to make your argument, you have a weak argument.

disagree. his legacy will be easily surpassed. he is not goat and never will be. i say that not as a hater, but as a fan. i thought he had extraordinary promise. i am disappointed he did not aim as high as he could have. it seems like a waste.

Beat a bunch of FW strikers trying to grow a whole new skill in one camp. Oliveira, Tony, Gregor, Dariush, Nate, Pettis, Lee, Ferreira, Burns, Cowboy, Eddie, his own boi Mak - throughout the years, anyone with any kind of ground game - much less anyone from FW like Ortega or WW's like Usman - he managed to avoid.

A handful title defenses. No attempt at a different weight class. 2/3rds of resume full of cans, 2 round decisions and whatnot.

Still a great career, but you're being goofy to think this is impossible to top.
