Khabibs fight week meal

IDK but is Gaethje saying "I won't go out like a bitch" a subconscious admonition that he thinks he'll lose(just not like a bitch)?

not sure it alleviates hunger better....my shakes for example, the carb source are Oats and Quinoa. and protein source is whey. it also has a good amount of mct oils, which is good fats. which is also for energy.

The act of chewing satisfies the brain somehow.

Something that you'd expect to be fed if you amd Indiana Jones crashed into a jungle where all the people are starving, but they make a really big effort for you with what they have because they want you to go rescue their crystals from a voodoo wizard.

This food is clearly designed to make him angrier and more savage. I cant see any other reason than starving him ro the point where he tries to kill, and eat GayTree.

Whilst its obviously better thana tiramisu diet... I think we should all petition to get me a job as Khabib's nutritionist... Cant be any worse than Darren Till/WAGs miscellaneous being in Mike Perry's corner.

I feel better about my cooking now ha.

That legit looks like something you get from Jenny Craig.

Chicken, salmon, cauliflower and lentels ... looks good to me.

I mean that doesn't look to bad, depends on how many meals a day he is eating.

He is cutting not bulking what kinda meal you guys expect lmao.

I'm the opposite. I don't really like chewing...I generally eat half shakes, half solid food.

Yeah I guess everyone is different

200 plus g of protein is a fair bit of eating, especially when you take the other macronutrients into consideration

How much protein would you consume?

When your nutritionist is Islam Makhachev.. lol.
To add to this.. Islam became khabib's nutritionist shortly before the raging Al fight.. when he dropped Lockhart and Tyler Minton.

Khabib has had little issue making weight since..

That's why you American are mostly obese isnt it
That's a reasonably healthy dinner IMO. It contains complete sources of protein, complex carbs, fiber, micronutrients, and consists mostly of real foods(vs processed).

The reason Americans are obese is primarily a lack of physical activity and addiction to simple sugars, IMO.
