Khabib's best win over a grappler hasn't aged well

He's also stated he can't fight at 170 cuz "they're too big for me." Colby Covington might be a loud mouthed person, but he naturally weighs in the low 180s and chooses to fight at 170. There's something to be said for fighters who choose to fight as close to their natural weight as possible.

Khabib walks around at over 200lbs and he's lying when he says that welterweight is too big for him

Not really.

You fight where you have the most success. Thats all.
Being undersized and winning is impressive as fuck. If you beat up a guy who has a 20lbs weight advantage that's impressive.

Yes but thats not a career requirement.
Its been a detriment to the careers of some fighters who went to the well one too many times.

I never said it was you fucking moron. That's what makes it impressive, someone making the CHOICE to fight as a smaller fighter.

Yes khabib seems to luck out on the timing of his fights. The best on his resume are usually green or injured etc. He hasn't grown as a fighter

I think Khabib has definitely grown as a fighter and is certainly more well rounded than he once was. He's still a specialist no doubt, but not entirely one dimensional.

Khabib walks around at 200lbs+ It's been confirmed by his own coaches and teammates
During time-off, Khabib weighs about 85 kg (187 lbs). Then, in the training camp, as he is preparing for the fight, he weighs between 79.5 kg – 81 kg (79.5 kg or 175 pounds is the optimal weight for Khabib according to his father)

It's a blatant lie, I don't trust what Khabib or his father says
