2)Ferg cant out wrestle Khabib

3)The only time he deadly off his back is when he has his opponents in his guard. Khabib would pass his guard with ease like he does with everyone else. Kevin Lee easily passed Fergs guard and mounted him in round 1. You think Khabib wont?

4)Khabib doesnt gas like the rest of the guys who were beating up Tony before they gassed and let him take over.

Tony would be a tough fight. He's a great all around fighter with great grappling but Khabib is a freak of nature. I NEED this fight.
 
If Kevin Lee can full mount you, Khabib can remove your head.
 
Khabib is a monster, but I’ll never count Ferg out against anybody. He’s a little off, and that’s what makes him so great.

No, but I’d favor Khabib to win.

Ferguson is almost as wild on the ground as he is on the feet. He would throw up submissions leaving Khabib openings to pass or throw gnp.

They both love to bring a ton of pressure so this fight will be interesting and definitely turn into a war!

His TD and TDD need work but his work from half and guard are super solid. His ground defense is solid but needs some fine tuning. His sub game is great!

Tony's issue is that he's 80% offense everywhere. He's always focused on the attack which leads him to make mistakes. He's just wild and unorthodox enough to make it work.
 
I dont agree that Ferg has terrible striking. But Khabib can easily eat all of his shots and take his ass down to the mat mounting him worse than Kevin Lee did. Either Ferg taps to ground strikes by round 4 or makes it to a 50-42 decision, all mangled up, talking funny and unrecognizable to his peers.
 
When's the last time the LW division had a dominant champion? Every other division, besides HW has had a dominant reigning champ. Khabib has the skills to be that guy if he can control the injuries and his weight. Whoever wins will hold a justified title for once so it'll be good. If Tony beats a guy thats 25-0 he's the real champ.
Part time boxers and waiting for a Diaz is getting more irrelevant each passing day.
 
If this fight happens before Conor is stripped or the title unification takes place im done. I've believed for awhile Khabib is the best LW on the roster. But Tony deserves to get a shot at the belt. Then the winner of that fight
can face Khabib.
 
Ferguson would be Khabib's toughest opponent.
Until now, it was dos Anjos.
Yeah, if I would have to bet my life, it would be Khabib.
He simply dominates every fight, every round (including Tibau, I don't know what some people saw on that fight)
 
Tony has edge in striking. And he goes non stop for 25 minutes regardless of position meaning khabib would never get chance to rest. Keep in mind took all of 25 se ones to take Edson down in first round and finished him on ground. He beat Kevin lee from his back. Even going way back to his fight vs Castillo where he was taken down tony was still winning fight from his back and had Danny playing more defense from the top then offense.
