Khabib v Ferguson - 1 month away but still no hype

No Hype? You're insane. This is one of the best fights in UFC history imo.
 
They both pulled out the fight keeps getting cancled I'm not sure the fans can trust these two at this point lol
 
there would be more hype if the likely hood of one of them pulling out wasn't so fucking high isn't this like the third time this match has been booked? that said i expect the hype to kick in closer to the date of the event
 
Really? Khabib/Tony doesnt have the hype Conor vs Floyd did? I'm shocked. I would have thought the hype would blow past Conor/Floyd.

But seriously its a month out and its a fight thats fallen apart how many times. WHat kind of hype do you expect? You dont see hype for cards really start until 1-2 weeks out and mostly in the 3 days before the fight.
 
Hard to hype something when you're holding your breath.

I love Tony but if he were to lose by kimura and not tap and he goes out on his shield like big Nog that would be pretty sweet and I like both fighters but if both fighters gave an epic performance no one would lose. Hopefully then atleast Tony would behave more fights

The fight has been canceled three separate times. Tons of people are interested in this fight, but they simply aren't getting their hopes up that it will actually happen.

Geez can't believe anyone thought this was some type of big fight with non-hardcore. It's a hardcores delight, sort of like Ward-Kovalev..
 
As has been mentioned.... would anyone be really surprised if either fighter pulls out due to injury or weight cut issues before fight night?

How do you hype this fight? A non-english speaking wrestler versus a cringe-worthy douche with decent subs and a chin who will get taken down and abused? It's GSP/Diaz all over again except neither one is a "name".

It's a difficult sell to the casuals for the UFC. Personally I'm stoked for the fight.... I would absolutely love to see Tony pull off the upset. Then we get to see Tony versus Conor... That's a fight even the casuals will get behind.

For what it's worth..... Tony makes Conor tap within four.
 
I don’t think the fight will materialise, Khabib has let us down so many times it feels pointless to get your hopes up, I imagine UFC brass feels the same which is why they’re not pushing hard with the card
