He will be lower than his opponet making his center of gravity closer to the ground, thats gonns make shooting for double legs and single's more effective....

Yes but like Jones, if you wish to be remembered as the best, you need to do extraordinary things. Jones at LHW is getting boring. If he beats Tony and Justin I think its time to move up. Every ATG boxer, sans HWs, has been a p4per.
 
He's a good sized lightweight but nothing exceptional. Tons of guys blow up between fights. Felder weighed in for fun at one of the events he was commentating and was like 193 lbs.
 
OP, you do realize that at weigh ins, the fighters weigh the same, right? People who claim Khabib is big are essentially claiming that he cuts more than other fighters and weighs more on fight night. Why did you show so many pictures from weigh ins, where both fighters are 155 lbs?

Most of those pics are of fighters alredy hydrated, the official weigh ins happen in the morning. Its been like that for the last two years, Porier, al iaquinta, barboza are all hydrated in those pics, i swear most sherdogers are fucking casual city, there is no size advantage, face it, he's just better.
 
I really like your post but all I can focus on is that you slipped in that you were more muscular then Khabib.

One thing you will notice is Khabib has extremely heavily developed back muscles in comparison to most of his opponents....... almost a hunched over stance.
 
Are you surprised? The This is the name of the game right now. As long as weight divisions exists Manlets like khabib will think they are hot shit.

Khabib ain't got to that point yet. He still got tony and gaethje to fight. Conor rematch,gsp and fighter Kevin Lee also possibly. I wanna see those. Plus he just won the belt in '18
 
He might not be the biggest LW in the UFC but he's certainly not small. he did miss weight once and ended up in the hospital another time due to a weight cut.

Good point! Khabib is definitely the best lightweight in the world skillwise but I think he's also pretty big (not thaaaat big but above average). Most of the greats are pretty large for their weight class: Jones, Silva, GSP and Cormier (at LHW) were all bigger than average. It seems like heavyweight is the only class that favors smaller fighters. I think it's cuz after a certain weight (say 230-240ish) everyone has enough power to knock each other out so additional weight serves as more of a hindrance to cardio than a benefit.

Wow... now isnt that something, it's almost like khabib's about the same size as most people on the lw roster. On a more serious note, dont pay too much attention to walk around weights, some people have the tendency to ballon up in weight, a lot of wrestlers get pretty heavy when they're not on a diet. Khabib said he walks around at 185, thats a slightly chubby 185, im same height as him, weigh about 178 and i carry more muscle mass than him, just dont put on as much fat, what matters is how much they weigh when they're inside the cage and for the most part he weights about the same as everyone else, he's simply better at wrestling than any lw on the roster, deal with it.

Literally no one says Khabib is twice the size of any LW. You just made that up.

Triggered Khabib fanboys are the norm here. Why are you guys so angry, all the time? You just make arguments out of things that are never even said here by anyone.

He is one of few LWs on the roster though to be hospitalized because of how much weight he was cutting, which is an undeniable fact. Deal with it.
 
At least he's not three times the size of McGregor like Diaz was . . .
