this is a tough fight to call, khabib has a weird stand-up i hear people saying his striking "sucks" but the only time he has ever been outstruck was against a roided up tibau and not by much, now i gotta admit i don't know much about ferguson, does he have a nice TDD? is his striking on a much higher level than khabib? someone please list the pro and cons for both and how you see the fight going082115-ufc-Nurmagomedov-Ferguson-split-pi-mp.vresize.1200.675.high.87.jpg

Ferguson will cut Khabib with his nasty elbows, make him gas with his pace, and then finish him with a choke.

Puling for Tony Ferguson because I like his fluid style, and I want the legion of furry-hat wearing Khabib fans to have to jump ship and find someone else's nuts to hug.

Khabib dominates him. I don't see Ferguson being as good as a lot of people seem to think.

Tony is overrated from beating lower level guys. See Neil Magney...but better.

Khabib via UD. I don't see anything that El Cucuy can do that would make the outcome different.

Tony is one of my favorite fighters. He takes risks and goes all out. Khabib in is Tough due to wrestling so it's possible he holds him down but I think tony finds a way either standing or via sub to pull it out. He is the definition of a guy who can be on his back for 15 minutes and still win via activity and aggression.

Ferguson has been impressive lately. I'm not a big fan, but he's a bad ass. I still think this fight is all about where Khabib is. Dude is ridiculously strong and can grapple fuck anyone. And it's not like he doesn't dish out some punishment while he's doing it. The questions still have to surround his health and ring rust. I lean Khabib if he's close to what he was physically and mentally.

Can't wait for this fight. 5 rounds after two years is a lot to ask. Tony has been killing it lately. The winner of this fight has an argument as the best lw on the planet.

He seems to have the same tendency as Pettis in giving up position in order to try something cool. Luckily for him its been against less elite fighters. I think he's gonna get Guida'd.
