Media Khabib Nurmagomedov on Irish MMA: "Not even half" of Dagestan's level

Beterbiev isn't Chechen/Dagi by your logic.

Wrong, that does not follow my logic. He was born , raised, and trained there until moving to Canada to pursue his pro career. Fury shares none of those similarities. Other than his shared heritage with his parents, you can't really attribute the nation of Ireland to the bulk of his success. Doesn't track.

Berterbiev spent the first 28 years of his life in Russia. He's a product of that country, but like many they move onto other places to expand their training and for more lucrative opportunities. I sure as shit won't claim Fury as an American if he's running a bunch of his training camps here. He's still from the UK.

Beterbiev > Ireland
Beterbiev is better, but general level of Irish non-MMA boxing is probably better. Dagestan has some great ones maybe, but Ireland will probably have a better median level of boxing. Ireland has a strong amateur system and boxing is in the culture. When it's in the culture so much, the MMA gyms will have better boxing, since loads of people in the gyms have trained actual pure boxing.

Dagestani MMA has great to superb wrestling (Abdulmanap's team), and good Sanda (Zabit and Khasan, Shara, Salikhov). (I'm curious how Umar and Usman got so good at kickboxing, like was it only after joining AKA or from within Dagestan?) Boxing, not really, though Islam has got quite good in recent years.

Movsar isn't Dagestani. But PFL/Bellator is getting swarmed by them...145lb PFL Tournament winner was Timur Khizriev, 155lb tournament winner Gadzhiev, 170lb winner Shamil Musaev. 170lb Bellator champ Ramazan Kuramagomedov and 155lb champ is Usman Nurmagomedov of course. In ACA guys like Islam Omarov and Magomedradul Gasanov are top 5 quality UFC fighters too. Also tons of elite prospects right now out of Dagestan...Ramazan Gitinov, Amru Magomedov, Renat Khavalov, Ibragim Ibragimov, Khasan Magomedsharipov etc. The UFC just does not want to sign these guys, but there's loads of elite talent out of the region. Ireland maybe 1/10th the talent.
shamil musaev is a beast, I forgot about him, I struggle to see shavkat or any WW in the ufc beating him, maybe belal can win a decision

He's a product of RUSSIA (and Canada). Not Chechnya/Dagestan. Don't move the goalposts. He then fled to Canada after turning professional and has a Canadian trainer. He also doesn't seem to be in the slightest bit interested in returning. What about him is actually Chechen/Dagi? How can you attribute his success to his native Chechnya/Dagestan?

James Joyce, Oscar Wilde, Roy Keane, Robbie Keane, Liam Neeson, William Yeats, Robert Boyle, Colin Farrell, U2, Brian O'Driscoll... and that's just from Ireland. If we include the Irish diaspora, the amount of greatness goes through the roof. So again I ask: And what exactly is Dagestan known for other than MMA fighters, terrorists, warlords, gangsters & Putin bootlickers?

?
Known for GOATS.

Confused?

Product of the Russian amateur system, flees to Canada and gets a Canadian boxing coach...

I suppose if I had to cope this hard I'd be confused too. lol

I'd be confused too.
You know, if you want to achieve a real forum beating go study that "islam could win belts in 4 weight classes" if you wanna see how it's done right

Gibberish. But I know it means something important to you... Dagi MMA fighters are the only thing going on in your life.

Non-existent in music, film, TV, literature, science, technology, cuisine... meh. Only relevance is in the things I listed. Only positive one is MMA. Sad!
Khabib is in this movie
