Khabib loses to woodley and usman

Woodley is a tough fight but I think Khabib would beat down Usman

He's a good grappler but better than Khabib? No. And his striking isn't anything to write home about

So, every single grappler - barring Khabib - does not require strength? Someone has never grappled...
Every grappler needs strength, And grappling with a bigger guy is really rough, even if he is a «lesser grappler». Even for someone like Khabib.

Khabib cuts so much weight that he ends in the hospital. He does this for a reason, you know.

Nobody is saying he is not great, but with his style, I don’t see him having the same success against bigger guys.

According to Fitch, DC, Ed Ruth, and Rockhold size doesn't really make a difference with him. He is still very strong against gigger guys and his technique is top notch. Besides his entire grappling career was from 170 to 185. He doesn't lack experience against bigger guys.
They all like to talk good about their own guy. I am not so sure it is all true.

Khabib is great, but I am not so sure he can do the same at a higher weightclass. He might have experience with grappling bigger guys, but he does almost kill himself to make 155. He does it for a reason. I am not even sure he will get the bigger guys down, And it ends up being stand up fights.

"Khabib loses to...[ ]" is an incorrect statement that violates the laws of physics.
That's like saying up is down, or tomorrow is yesterday.

Khabib time, baby.

Ruth isn't one of his and there is footage of him and Luke having competitive spars. Pretty much everyone who has trained with him says the same thing.

You can believe what you want but I have no logical reason to believe that Khabib would struggle with WWs. Smaller guys like RDA and Cowboy can still manage to get TDs on these big guys.

Guys like GSP and Woodley and GSP are different stories but the rest? I have no reason to doubt him.

You're delusional. Tyron is scared to death of Khabib.

Hell I bet I could beat the shit out of Usman. What a loser

According to Fight Metric, the last 4 people to attempt TDs on Woodley were Maia, Shields, Rory and Nate.

He lost 3/4

I think he would be top 10, but I agree he would have a lot tougher time dealing with jacked high levels guys like Woodley and Usman.

No they haven't. You obviously don't watch fights lol. Saying that Tibau has shit TDD and Usman is a better wrestler because he's bigger.

He's even listed as having a 0% TDD on all stat keeping sites
Oh my god. Dude whatever. I have followed usman for a long time. I have seen him destroy hayder and have followed him ever since. He is a very tough guy to take down because he is a great wrestler. Technique wise khabib is better. I am not denying that. Usman is just a different beast though. I know khabib trains with rockhold and cormier. Guess what
Usman does too.

I agree with you for the most part, Khabib would do great against most WWs, except I'd include Usman as one of those "different stories". Khabib would take a fucking slumber within a round.

Usman trains at ATT so I don't see when he'd get a chance to train with DC or Luke.

I know Usman is good, never denied it but you don't have to say shit that is just not true.

Usman is a good wrestler but in MMA his TDD is very untested. That's not a knock on him, it's just a fact. No one in the UFC has tried to take him down. He lacks experience against wrestlers.

A fight between him and Khabib would be competitive imo BUT claiming that he would destroy Khabib without any solid logic is ridiculous.

Disagree about Usman. It'd be competitive but I haven't seen Usman's TDD or scramble abilities tested.

He has a good top game but it'll take more than that to sell me on him against Khabib. And as for Khabib getting finished in one round...
<LikeReally5>
How about you slow down buddy. Usman has 2 finishes in the UFC. One against Hayder (who is average) and one against Moraes (who is pretty good).

Khabib has superb sub defense and striking defense. Him getting finished is unlikely.

Does anyone still doubt Usman in this matchup? Now I don't even think Kamaru would have to throw a punch to win this matchup, he would win a straight up grappling match.
