Khabib hasn't bled so therefore he is GOAT, is the dumbest sh*t I ever heard.

I dont think he sucks at all. Its just fun to knock him for all the shit he's said and done.

He def used to be one of the most dangerous counterstrikers in the game
He’s definitely fallen back to the pack considerably. I was shocked at his performance against Dustin. And I love Dustin as a fighter, but Conor McGregor looked terrible. Like really bad. Just boxing, headhunting. Terrible performance.

The point of a fight is to inflict more damage on the opponent that they inflict on you. Are you seriously trying to say that taking ZERO damage is not a good criteria for determining greatness?? Looooool. Delusional.
Damage is not interchangeable with Blood my dude... You could be saying dude never bled so he's GOAT, but he might have had his ribs broken and teeth knocked out in every fight.

He used to move so much better. very flowy and excellent balance... against Dustin he was really tight and stiff. Gambling on the early ko

I edited my post cause I initially misread yours.

Yes and that’s what disappointed me so much. I cannot believe he was simply headhunting for the left hand with a boxing attack. Where was the free-flowing style that made him famous? Where was the versatility? Nowhere.

When people say Khabib never bled, it’s meant to signify that he’s taken almost no damage. He’s never been cut, he’s never even had swollen eyes. The worst he’s ever suffered is mild nicks and very slight facial bruising. The lack of damage he’s taken is unprecedented in mma. You’re focusing too much on the “bleed” part.

I'm not denying any of that, his defence has been amazing, however as you know in this sport unlike Boxing, defence isn't rewarded.

I'm focusing on the "Bleed" part because that was the word you used iirc, i'm not here to express my feelings on who is or who is not a GOAT, just highlight that Blood =/= Damage or a good metric by any means to decide anything off really.

Habib was in that same league by 2013. I know that mmath is kinda dumb but the little we have to gauge or speculate is RDA, who is the only guy these 3 fought. Habib dominated Rda who happened to sleep Bendo and DESTROY Pettis not long after. Habib was DEFINITELY in that league. As good as Bendo was, he had razor thin fights against tiny Frankie. Idk what makes you think that he would have chewed Khabib. Beaten? Could be, anything can happen in mma and Bendo was game.. but not a thorough ass whooping. Pettis was wild as fuck back then , I will give you that...but his wresslin has always been a big issue. Overall, I still believe that Habib would have managed to win those fights.
Tibau....You really think Tibau would've walked thru Bendo/Pettis back in 2012/2013? LMFAO fuck no...........yet Tibau gave Khabib a battle.....So using MMATH like you did, is safe to say that Bendo/Pettis would've give him huge trouble back in those days.

But that’s a semantic argument. The GOAT talk was never really about the blood, it was about the lack of any damage at all, which signified total mastery of the cage. I think you’re taking the Khabib stans words a bit too literally.

Shoden..more like CRYden amirite??

Well as long as you understand the difference, you said :

Also, not taking damage (aka never bleeding) is as good a criteria as any when determining goat. The whole point of combat sports is to hit and not get hit.

Which is a completely incorrect statement...Damage isn't also known as bleeding, and the point of the sport is not to not get hit.

It’s simple what makes him the LW goat is that there isn’t a single LW fighter in history that prime vs prime khabib wouldn’t have beaten, he would’ve chewed bendo, Pettis, and penn up 10/10 times

Tibau did not fight them, though. The would have, could have becomes even more irrelevant there. As for huge trouble... maybe yes, maybe not. Anything can happen in mma and there is a chance that they could have beaten him ( though I doubt it ) but imo Khabib was ready to fight the very best by 2013 and he was at the same level as them. That’s all I wanted to point out.

Unfortunately, we will never know what would have happened.

He had trouble with Tibau in 2012.....yet you're claiming he would've walked thru Bendo/pettis in 2012/2013 <YeahOKJen>....according to you're logic, Tibau should've killed Bendo/pettis back in 2012/2013 LMFAO.......BTW Tibau lost to evan dunham back in 2013 lol.

Tibau gave him a fight....Bendo/Pettis back in 2012/2013 would've pushed his shit in.

He got lucky he never faced Bendo/pettis back in those days....he clearly wasn't ready.
Tibau should have won that fight

He never bled but he also never made his opponents bled.

Guy is strong as hell no doubt about it, but his gnp never did that much visible damage. I mean did he ever made his opponents look like Overeem in his fight against Curtis Blades?

I just love that the whole "Khabib GOAT" debacle among fans is really the result of so many of you guys not knowing the difference between pound-for-pound and GOAT. It's amusing.
The UFC never claimed Khabib is the GOAT, and both distinctions are just arbitrary, subjective bullshit anyway. Don't hurt your butt so hard on it, and Khabib bless.
