There isn't even a consensus #1 guy right now, like why even rush trying to get him to fight again wait until there's a clear cut #1 guy. The only interesting fight he has at 155 would be Olivera and Olivera still needs to beat like a Justin G level fighter or someone to get a crack at Khabib.

Then why talk to Dana at all. Dana will offer to promote his fight organization and the fight will be on.

Khabib has Dana by the short hairs which rarely ever happens so he can exploit Dana for a change instead of the other way around.

I think he will come back. If he wasnt gonna come back,he does not need to talk about meeting with Dana. People dont need to know that shit until a deal is made. Khabib is keeping his name out there because that possibility is open. He has a long term plan for his promotion and for Caucasus in general. Dana and the UFC is the way for that to happen
