I doubt he's hanging around cage side for the Main Event..

I don't support such religious..... views. But I can't expect a devout Muslim to hold any other view. It's less Khabib's fault in my eyes and more religion's fault. Priests who molest boys are not acting religiously so I hope they get skinned alive. But guys who uphold their religion (that I DO NOT believe in) are just..... religious. I can't hate them as much as wish that side of religion didn't exist. But this is the world.

I am glad I don't revere any man so much that I can't accept ppl's right to draw him. But I'm also glad I'm not religious. There are a good deal of good things most religions teach. And a good deal of troubling things too. I can't blame any particular man for that state of affairs. For some ppl it's not even a choice for them - they are compelled to feel what they feel they ought to feel religiously.

I do agree it's a sad state of affairs. Religion and politics are both insane and have some great benefits and some real huge problems the confer to mankind.

Life on earth is an exercise in a special kind of madness.

Na, he had already earned the titleshot after he beat Dustin. The Siver fight wasn't necessary but he took it to stay busy whilst Aldo fought Mendes so he should be commended for risking his shot by taking an extra fight when he could have waited, which he risked again against Mendes.

The Poirer fight was clearly what earned it. The Siver fight was just to milk more money for the UFC as Aldo wouldn't be ready for several months (turned out to be a year).

Who else deserved the titleshot after Conor beat Poirer? Outside of Conor the highest ranked opponent without a loss to Aldo was Poirer who Conor just starched in 90 seconds. This narrative he was gifted a titleshot over more deserving fighters is hilarious.
