Forget the Conor fight, I want to see him go for a title at either 170 or 145 (more likely 145).

Khabib should built his own star, he's got the tools.

145 who are you Dolce .
I don't see him making 145 .
but I would love for him to be looking past tony , because if he underestimates Tony he will lose .

no way he cuts to FW.... Wouldnt might seeing him at WW

Sounds like a good plan. Tony subs him in the 4th though.

If RDA becomes champion Khabib should definitely consider moving up.

1. Hes gotta get by tony first..hes not going to be able to keep doing the same thing over and over..this sport contuines to show us you have to have a variety of skills to survive.. tony is smart and will gameplan for khabib..he needs to really focus here or lose everything..a loss here would set him back years.

2. Featherwieght..really? Im pretty sure hed have to loose a leg for real to make 145..hes barely able to make 155 as is..like thats battle number 1 for him agaisnt tony..making weight

3. If he does make it past tony , i actually wouldnt mind seeing him stay at 155 and hope he keeps his word and doesnt fight conor and makes him wait and essentially beg..that would be the greatest peace of karma in UFC history..

4. If the ufc ever does make a 162 pound divison or whatever i think he should go there too many tall rangey killers at 170 for him..could you imagine him vs till or wonderboy?.. not good for his style..

I like how Khabib is already being his own, no need to panickly call out Conor all the time. Just keep winning, and yes, Tony is one tough SOB and will be a hard fight for Khabib, but I believe Khabib will get past him.

Obviously the Conor fight is most likely to happen then, just cuz money.

145 is obviously hyperbole. he is only getting older. 170 though, if there was a favorable match-up for him as champ, i can definitely see happening.
He obv loves having a significant strength and wrestling advantage over everyone at LW. He might fear diluting that to some of the good WW wrestlers. However if the WW champ was a good stylistic match-up, I can see him moving up after he cleans out LW (which really is only ferg, connie and alvarez at this point).

he obv has a huge following and a lot of inertia - I think the UFC will push him if he beats ferg.

Khabib to 145
Rockhold to 170
DC to 185
Cain to 205
I've got it all figured out.

Islam just KO'd Tibau in a minute. These guys are getting better. Don't be shocked if one day you see Khabib standing KO someone as well. He's humble and knows he has to work and trains hard.

Even crazier is that Khabib is always respectful of Tony, even though he predicts he's going to smash him, he's always saying how Tony is a good fighter. Meanwhile, Tony is calling him a bitch and talking about tiramisu etcetc.

Khabib gonna be champ soon boys.

He'll do what he's told or be stripped quicker than Germaine Der whatshisface if he doesn't

hope who ever wins this fight gives the other fighter an immediate rematch.
and Conor can do what he do best ; tweets
