Khabib doesn't move up and down weight classes like a prostitute because he doesn't need to. Conor has to move up and down because he keeps losing.

I have never seen a fighter criticized for fighting and winning in multiple weight classes...











But fighters who won’t move up a weight class(even when they’ve missed weight multiple times), get criticized all of the time.

Oh okay, I somehow forgot about GSP though if I recall correctly I'm pretty sure Khabib said he wanted it at 165 (doesn't risk his belt) and GSP said if the fight were to happen it would be at 155 so he had the chance to become the first 3 division champion.
