Media Kevin Lee back in the UFC 6 fgiht deal

Boy he now trains from Sandford MMA, that's like the worst camp for him. It won't fix his striking defense at all, Henry Hooft isn't the guy for that

He seems very different and less all around the place tho, I think he's in a good mental place happy for him

Bulking up and walking around at 200lbs? He's going to be gassing out in fights midway through the second round.

He's still young though his recent record doesn't indicate he'll make a big splash.

He did fight some pretty solid competition but we'll see.
He’s 30. That’s not young for a fighter.

I think his main issue is his terrible cardio and I don't think it can be fixed.

He is also not as athletic as people think. His striking is robotic and forced. He used to be a helluva grappler but his cardio does not hold up to that type of fight.

Feeding him the corpse of Tony is fine by me.

I never understood why some fighters have cardio issues that "can't be fixed". It's literally the most straightforward attribute to train. Going trough a lot of pain fixes anyone's cardio. I remember seeing RDA conditionning training a few years ago and thinking "damn what is that hellish training". I'm not saying he can be Holloway or Volkanovski but I also doubt that he works as hard as the example above on that aspect

My understanding of this situation is as follows

Dana:cuts Kevin Lee like he cuts most "boring wrestlers
Khabib "I like Kevin Lee"
Dana:maybe I made a mistake

Don't you think Lee and his camp addressed his cardio issue already?

Some things are just genetic.

Kevin Lee could've been a top LW. His injuries, gas tank, and bad luck have sunk him pretty low in rankings. He kind of had a close fight with Sanchez too.

200 pounds? This moron is gonna keep missinh weight and gassing out but in a different division now.

Can't watch right now. The dude is almost unbeatable for the first few minutes, but did he talk about what he's done to fix his gas tank?

Now that you mention it he's almost like the modern day version of the LHW Overeem in that sense.
