Kevin Holland is First A level Athlete in UFC

Wanna know how a blue chip basketball, baseball or football pro would do in the UFC just watch Kevin Holland.
The real title of the post should be how to spot someone new to watching the UFC

Rugby and hockey players are slow and weak compared to football players. Their agility is also lesser than nfl skill positions. There was a rugby player , recently, who tried out the NFL, and failed. He was decently fast but lacked agility, vision and other intangibles that make the difference between NFL and rugby. He was an elite rugby player and couldn't make a single nfl roster

For all we know NFL can't run a kilometer (Google what that is) without passing out. Being able to do 5 sprints of 3 seconds each doesn't prove shit.

Don't forget Stipe was a washed out baseball player who couldn't even come close to hacking it in the MLB, but somehow became HW champ and UFC HW GOAT at that. LOL

Stipe is a fighter who finally found his calling. Thats like claiming Tyson Fury is a bum because he didnt do basketball.

how are rugby players weaker than nfl players, where is the proof.

Why would they train to run a kilo when they don't have to? Endurance is simply training there's nothing athletic about it. Rugby guys can train 24/7 and will never be big, strong, fast and agile enough to play football. Christian Wade and Hayne already proved this. Arguably two of the fastest most explosive rugby players in recent history and barely making practice squads. NFL guys could spend one off season training for cardio instead of burst and destroy rugby

See below article rugby bench press of notable players ranges from about 300lb to 500lb. 300 is equivalent to about 10 reps at 225 which is the weight the NFL combine uses. 10 reps in the combine is awful. Significant of extremely low strength. The majority of players bench 20-25 reps, equivalent to 375 to 415 max. Now if you took just elite players like that article did you're talking 30-39 reps or 450 to 525 max. Top 5 bench reps in combine since 2006 is 42-49 reps

Athletes in sports like basketball and soccer don't flop because they are weak, they flop because they want to win the game. The consequences for a foul are extreme, and if you flop successfully you give your team an advantage. It's silly to think that pro athletes are quitters.
But tapping is technically quitting ain't it?

turns out its actuallly aussie rules players who convert and dominate nfl.

ben graham, severio rocca, yom hornsey, tom hackett, mitch wishnowsky, michael dickson and max duffy.

ben graham holds the record for oldest recruited in the nfl. if that doesnt scream A1 then nothing does.
