I'm not playing the Rainbow 6 afterall since I couldn't narrow the field down in race 9 to an affordable ticket. I saw 7 horses who had a shot in this maiden race.

I will be a little pissed if the #2 horse wins this maiden race, though, since, if forced to only pick one for this race in the pick 6, that's who I would've went with.

Rainbow 6 pool is $17 million and climbing with a few minutes to go. Crazy. I wished I could play it with coverage this next race, but I can't.

Alright, I'm in on the pick 6 by singling the #2 along with the others I'm using in the pick 5 (Ticket only costs $12 total). Pool is north of $20 million.

Just got up for 2nd after a tough trip where he had to brake hard behind another horse into the turn. Might not have mattered as Outplay was well clear at the finish. The numbers called the super in the exact order too.

Looks like McKinzie has been taken off the Derby trail for now due to an injury, which means that Justify may be Baffert's Santa Anita Derby entrant next week instead. $10 says Bolt d'Oro also now comes down with a mysterious "injury" in this next week.

I'm not super crazy about the current 3/1 price on Stormy Victoria in race 11 here. If she drops any more I may try the #4 Team of Teams instead, although I'm locked in already with the 2,3,10 in multi-race wagers.

Stormy Victoria didn't do much running there, but at least I'm still alive to all my multi-race tickets with the #2 getting the win photo. Need the #3 or #4 in race 12 to cash the one pick 3, and keep me alive on my other plays.

The #7 scratched out of this next race, so I'm going with a 3,4,9 exacta box for the same cost as above, and still playing the #4 in straight bets.
