Since when did slipping and moving the head from the centre line mean you have the fastest reactions in the UFC. You could find countless gifs of fighters with amazing head movement and strikes.

man weidman is big... middleweight is little to much for gastelum, he looks to small there but gastelums boxing is very decent.

And yet he struggles to make weight at 185, great fighter, been a fan since tuf but if he's fighting outsized fighters it's his own fault.
