She's good at what she does and actually does know a lot about the sport. No, she's not Dan Hardy breaking down the fights, but that is 100% the opposite of what she's supposed to be. If I was her boss, I'd give her top marks on her evaluation.

She's not there to be an analyst, her job is to control the conversation and keep the fighters on topic. Somebody like bisping for example can get side tracked and start putting himself over like he wants another fight.
