Please point me to where Manning said he admits not a he said she said ..,Read the article dumbass. He denied it, then admitted it, then violated the non disclosure agreement.
"Manning initially denied the incident took place but later acknowledged that a possibly “crude” but nonetheless “harmless” event occurred."Please point me to where Manning said he admits not a he said she said ..,
So somewhat said that about manning . Manning didn’t actually say that on record ?"Manning initially denied the incident took place but later acknowledged that a possibly “crude” but nonetheless “harmless” event occurred."
I don't know that Manning ever admitted to doing anything to the trainer. There was a track athlete also in the room. He's indicated that something did happen and that Peyton dropped his pants in the training room and it was "inappropriate." The track athlete says he lost his eligibility over this incident and that peyton should own up to what he did.So somewhat said that about manning . Manning didn’t actually say that on record ?
#metoo is about sexual assault & harassment. It has nothing to do with this specific crime (beyond perhaps motive). The movement relevant to the police decision would be #BLM.
I mock the nature of the prejudicial environment both have successfully inculcated in our public that adhere to tiered rungs on the victim Olympics ladder.
Love hearing doggers defend a woman-beater even with the video evidence. "Subconscious biases" definitely being exposed ITT.
Yes yes. Blame the victim. What domestic abuse?
It is his hotel room. She was invited, and then un-invited. She refused to leave. She was trespassing.
What business does she have at that hotel, after being told to leave? Domestic means they both live their dummy.
Yes yes. Blame the victim.
Taking it away from this particular case... physical ability absolutely does play a part in everything.
Don’t believe me? Would you rather be punched at by Kareem Hunt or a 7 year old boy? Hell, would you rather be punched at by Deonte Wilder or Manny Pacquiao?
Even if the result is the same the intent and potential for damage is not. And you and I both know we’re not handling a confrontation with a small woman the same way as we are with a physically capable man. Sexist or not that’s reality. Reality is sexist and ageist and ableist.
Your biases are exposed as well. Speculation and assumption is enough for you to make hard conclusions about ppl.Love hearing doggers defend a woman-beater even with the video evidence. "Subconscious biases" definitely being exposed ITT.
They're different concepts, but intent and potentiality are still extremely important. That's why attempted murder is a more serious crime than simple assault, even when the assault may result in more serious injuries.I hear you, but actual reality is damage done.
Capacity and work are two very different concepts.

If the NFL suspends him under pressure it would be a complete joke considering Joe mixon is starting every week and he threw a ko punch and literally hit a woman with full force. if the chiefs fired him because he lied I get that. If they fired him because they think he is a bad guy then they are morons.
I'm not upset about anything. I'm just explaining how the potential for damage, as well as intent, will always be important things to consider in regard to the law.Two different actions though.
I'll be honest, I'm a bit of a progressive, I view women as so equal, that I think assault and domestic assault are the same.
We are on a MMA forum. How upset are you about violence?
