2 things from someone who is highly critical of her:

-Didnt seem like she was slurring her words to me, personally

-I cant imagine working in politics and NOT being on some sort of cognitive performance enhancer. Even Kennedy was on TRT and Amphetamines; although, admittedly the White House doctors stated that he handled certain situations like the Cuban missile crisis better once he got off of them.
