Who said that? Khamzat isn't willing to fight a guy who is ranked above him, by Khamzat fans definition it's ducking when others don't agree to fight a fighter who is ranked below them. Instead he wants to complain no one will agree to fight him.
Khamzat won't take the fight with Magny. But according to his fans that's somehow not ducking, while Usman is ducking Khamzat for not calling out and gifting him a completely undeserved title shot.
He's not out campaigning for the Colby fight is he? He should be everywhere pushing for that fight if he wants it, it's a total gift and guaranteed title shot if he wins. And he clearly is ducking Magny way more than anyone has ducked him.

And that's why Khamzat is avoiding him, that's also the reason others have avoided Khamzat. It's avoiding high risk low reward fights, but doing that is ducking or it is not. At least the guys who "ducked" Khamzat were ranked higher, it's worse for the lower ranked fighter to do it.

It's ducking. You can't say I'll fight anyone then turn someone down (or your manager) who is offered to fight you because you don't like their ranking.
