What good does being in the almighty Zuffa's good graces do him?

The fact that he owes/d them money [it seems like he may have managed to pay off the debt or Zuffa in a rare moment of decency has forgiven the debt] Ken's finally back on amicable terms with Dana and Zuffa again. Why screw it up for a pointless fight.
