Justin Gaethje vs Ozzy Dugulubgov headlines Wsof 33 sept.24th

So it's Ozzy and after that, Jason High next. WSOF is showing no love for Luiz Firmino, lol. In a sport where someone can choose to fight a 46 year old over a long line of contenders, that's 100 percent fine by me. Firmino's fights suck.

firmino got fucked by the ufc too. dominated his opponent on tuf, then didn't get signed. (although, same shit happened with carrington banks and ian stephens so business as usual.)
 
I know they're thin on contenders but this is such a mismatch.
 
Agreed with above, Firmino should try to go to Bellator or One

I really don't get how they continue to put on fights. Really don't have any interest in Justin facing this dude. He's must see TV anyways. But hard to get up for this.

They actually have some solid talent at 155 so for Justin to be facing Ozzy instead of some of them is disappointing.

Wish he were in the UFC. The way he fights, by the time he gets there he may not be able to go.
 
this is such a who gives a shit fight, this has to be one of the most meh title fights a major org has done in years.

Justin should whip his ass real quick and then we can get to the Justin/High fight.

really hope Justin leaves WSOF when his deal is up, need to see him in UFC or Bellator LW div.

The matchups for him in UFC would be nuts, just thinking about him vs Eddie, Dustin, Ferguson, Diaz, omg.
 
Lol, I can't believe there's people complaining about this fight. Meh, probably just never seen Dugulubgov fight. If you believe Firmino should have got that title shot, I don't blame you. But if you seek entertainment value, what more do you want?

Probably the best fight wsof can put on for gaethje at this point although that isn't to say I believe he'll lose as he should comfortably beat Ozzy Contender.

This needs to be his last fight before he heads to the ufc though or Bellator at the very least. He's done all he can with wsof and is merely wasting his talents there as a huge fish in a tiny puddle.

Gaethje has 2 fights left on his contract, I'm guessing they give him Jason High if he wins. There's still some good fights for him left in WSOF: High, Firmino, Mamedov, Zeferino. I wouldn't mind him staying but I do hope he gets to the UFC. Bellator Smellator, they'll probably put Gaethje in a stupid Coker-match up against Mike Bronchitis or Pablo Villaseca.
 
I hope Gaethje finishes out his contract and comes to the UFC and fights Alvarez for his first fight. I don't care if Alvarez is champ or not I just want that fight.
 
Should be a good fight card. Gaethje should take this one easily.
 
might have to make the drive down for that September event.
