OMG shots fired. Justice Alito at the annual fedsoc convention which unfortunately is online this year just spoke about the brief 5 senators wrote to the Supreme Court that threatened to restructure it if it ruled in a pro 2a manner in a recent NYC 2a case. This is pretty hard core. The brief was authored and filed by Senator Whiteside who likely was practicing law without a license since he does not have a active law license. However Justice Alito does not mention him by name.
