just wondering about tapout long shorts

just bought these

awsome color and i like them. The shorts are 100% polyester

my frind bought these couple of months ago

Both are long shorts but his shorts are more vinyl / plastic like

are the long shorts diffrent? or did i get some new design?

the design you got is old, but i noticed when i bought a bunch of shorts from the warehouse sale, some feel plastic/vinyl like you said and others feel like polyester
