Well, I was kinda' curious on which is better. Both of these are cardio workouts, whereas one is done with a rope and the other is not. Jumping Jacks require a wider range of movements, whereas jumping rope requires coordination.

So, which is better? Or is it that we cannot compare the two?

I'd say that the jump rope is way better. That's just me, though...

jump rope for sure, a baby can do jumping jacks but a jump rope will improve your speed, coordination, and footwork. Its also alot funner than jumping jacks especially after you get good at it and are able to do cool routines.

I thought Jumping Jacks were for really fat chicks who cant do anything else...

I thought it was me crinching my eyes when see a really fat chick trying to do jumping jacks with a shirt way to small for her.

And I have concluded my coordination sucks since I'm horrible at jump rope, I can only do single jump, do I need to just keep practicing or is it "You suck go die!" heh

jumping rope is a lot better. maybe jumping jacks are good for people who are out of shape and just getting back into exercises
