As an elite world class fighter? yes

When Conor loses it's not like he's dropping decisions, his style is such that he's going to get ran over once he lets up. So assuming Dustin finishes him brutally once again, yea Conor won't be able to perform at the championship level ever again. Two bad finishes in the span of 6 months? At the age of 32 going on 33?

By the time he gets his head space back into MMA, he'll be going on 34, with the hounds closing in.

Unless he gets an easy matchup or somehow finishes Dustin with a punch behind the ear or something. It's not crazy to think Conor might never win a UFC fight ever again, especially if he's intent on fighting the best guys in the division.

Disagree...... the aura dimmed for certain but returned when he won lightweight title.

The Dustin loss is what killed his aura if he wins in July by brutal KO it can return but doubtful as Distin ate Conors best shot.

Connor avenged his loss against Diaz, and lost to someone who retired. Dustin had beat max, Justin and Eddie. He was the number 1 guy. 2 losses to him simply mean Connor is below #1. He could still be the #2 guy in the division and quite possibly a top 5. He has a legitimate chance of beating any other lightweight who manages to get the belt if he loses to Dustin. Just not likely to beat Dustin in a 3rd match.
