i was contemplating buying this stuff as it has been recommended by a few dieticians (friends of a friend). however ive heard mixed reviews about it and given its cost i need to be close to 100% sure about it if i was to purchase it. so... if anyone has had any experience with it, any extra info etc... i would be very grateful, thanks.
