Judo Or Bjj?

    Im looking to develop grappling/ground game... ive started boxing, i have a kyokushin background and am looking to continue that also. Which would complement these the best? Any help appreciated.

    Honestly i think Judo...If you want to be a predominantly stand up fighter then in my opinion judo would be good to start as your first grappling Martial art...Then later if it is possible do some BJJ.

    I Started with Judo and have learned more takedowns and ground than BJJ but thats just me
    make sure its a good Gym

    usually alot cheaper too :icon_chee

    sorry guys just realise i had a blonde moment and put this in the standup forum. Ill chuck it in the Grappling forum, im not spamming.
