More and more these types of situations have to be looked at from the perspective of possible blackmail. An analysis of his decisions and possible irregularities is warranted, and the same goes for anybody in a similar situation.

The complaint alleges that agents with the Department of Homeland Security Investigations received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about multiple financial transactions with a known distributor of child sexual abuse material from the United Kingdom. The payments came from a peer-to-peer online money transfer account associated with Gosnell’s known phone number, address, and email account. The transactions occurred in November 2024.

Through a forensic search of Gosnell's electronics, investigators discovered conversations he shared with other individuals interested inphilia. On Telegram, Gosnell allegedly revealed that he "raped and abused" children in numerous instances, according to court documents.
Investigators allege that conversations revealed he sexually abused a 3-month-old while babysitting and a 5-month-old who was in his neighborhood. Additionally, investigators claim that he sent a selfie that also included a 2-year-old child, accompanied by the message "my new buddy." He then, in conversation, claimed he sexually assaulted the girl two weeks prior, according to court documents.
One conversation showed plans for Gosnell to travel to Florida with the intent to rape and torture the other
