UFC press conference was held at the MGM Grand and was closed to the public. It featured only the main event on the card. Much was discussed about Cain being a 2 to 1 underdog, his knee injury going into their last match, and what he changed about his camp. Junior doesn't see this as a rematch for himself but definitely see's it as one for Cain. He says his life has seen a dramatic difference as a result of winning the title.
