News Joshua vs Dubois September 21st

What is up with the ref by the way? Why do they get these refs in big fights like this? Failed to call a knockdown and called a knockdown when AJ slipped lol. And who the hell waves his hands in the air to call a slip? Was it his first time reffing?

They'll do anything to discredit an undefeated fighter that's only ever fought the best since the beginning.
Out of this bunch, Usyk is my favourite. Yet, I would say without much doubt that was not low.
These guys pull their shorts up to their belly button. It's bs and refs/commissions should do something about it. If they wore Muay Thai / MMA type shorts (see, e.g., those of Jon Jones) they'd have no excuse, but I guess the fancy shorts not short of controversy are part of the «tradition».

Well the fight went a bit longer than I expected, but a Dubois KO was obvious 👍

Potato, let's call you spud, you can easily find the video showing it clearly hit him low.

You should have plenty of doubt in yourself.

The right guy won & clearly no early or premature stoppage controversy even though most refs would of tried to save AJ from himself.

So just how terrible the ref was kind of flew under the radar. But yeah one of the few times were horrible reffing didn't ruin the fight & was overshadowed by the end back & forth with insane KO.

His horrible reffing actually led to a more entertaining fight. But yes none the less horrible ref.

Haha AJ thinks he’s a real gangster from the streets the way he goes off

Next thing he’s shooting for double legs, getting knocked down 5 times in one fight and straight up KOd

I’m English and can’t stand the guy <lol>

I watched the video before I posted. It's clear it wasn't low, assuming, of course, his crotch is not on his belly button.

Why you would act like a gangster is beyond me.

You're a real fighter. If a street tough guy comes to the gym you smoke him.

His life is misery. Yours is achievement. Let go of that useless chaff.

notice the cheerleader has been silent about this fight, Ben Davies is a fucking fraud, he has just lucked out once or twice and people seem to think he is some boxing maestro

Not impressed with him at all, where was the gameplan, because just "throw the uppercut" was the only one that i saw

Usually refs do something about it. Before the fight they point out that one or both fighters trunks are high and then allow for punches on the beltline. However, in this fight the ref didn't allow them even though Dubois' trunks were pulled way up.

But let's pretend for a moment the ref did allow beltline shots on Usyk. It still would've been illegal because it wasn't to the beltline. Here's why.
