Jones was fighting safe. I give him that. It was a sparring contest. Guys at Golden glory went harder in sparring than Jones did against OSP.

But it does mean he's healthy and good to go in just 3 short months.

I was excited about the return of Jones. I saw all his IG videos of him lifting weights. I listened to all his talk about how much stronger he is now, and all the new techniques he's learned. Then I watched him outpoint a completely gassed fighter for five rounds. How many strikes did OSP throw? 50?
