It's like last wall of defense. Ridgway, famous serial killer passed that test.
All it says about Jones that he's probably has psychopath tendencies.

Three times he failed, can he just get a USADA life ban?

Pathological liar and sociopath passes polygraph...? not surprising, is normal.

Sociopaths, psychopaths and trained people easily pass a test because they don’t have reactions.

Also anybody can skew a test by jabbing their foot on a spike in their boot.

The FBI using tests is Hoover era bullshit baked into their core.

Courts do not and will not accept polygraph evidence for good reason, it’s pseudoscience same as truth serums.

Nobody believes Jones, his credibility is dead forever. It’s been rolling your eyes for the last half a decade.

Also Jones manager is a fucking sociopath as well. Listen to him talk.

Who administered the polygraph test?

"Everybody's on steroids" - Kenny "I am not surprised" Florian
But only some passing the polygraph.

What will happen first ;

#1 Jones in jail
or
#2 Jones step back in the octagon

?

I feel like this thread would have been relevant 4 months ago when Jones underwent the polygraph test.

They are pretty simple to pass not purely simple though. It goes off body responses. When they ask you a question on a poly test that you want to lie to and pass it off as the truth on the graph, you ask yourself a question in your head where you know the truth to it and answer it in your head. Only works if you answer their audible questions... but if you answer yours you make up in your head in its place you have control.

Did you murder 13 women last night? Yes or no....
You know its yes....
but you change the question in your head...Do you prefer a gun over a knife. No

sociopaths are likely to pass a test easier than others because you have to care about your actions in order to have anxiety or remorse for the machine to pick up the activity. Jon may not have much of a conscience.

I doubt USADA will make anything out of that test so I agree with the topic.

Much easier said than done since you have to align your answer with the answer to the question which means you still hear the question and your body still reacts to that question, which you know you are about to lie about. That reaction can impact even the question in your head since it would most likely create some sense of panic. Jones might have an advantage at remaining calm though.

Thats true but if you are a sociopath, which Jon could be, a person who really doesnt care about their actions its easy to not get any response. Lie detector tests fail on those that lack antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.

Very true. I think most can agree if any fighter has those tendencies it's Jones.

I’m a Jones fan but I’m also a lawyer and I can tell you that polygraph test results are generally inadmissible in court as their prejudicial effects far outweigh their probative value. In layman’s terms, polygraphs are unreliable, often inaccurate and susceptible to manipulation. You can actually train yourself to beat a polygraph if you repeat falsehoods like mantras in the days leading up to the test.
