Every fighter needs to watch Robbie Lawler finish Koscheck on the floor and how he throws his knees elbows and punches he generates all that power from hip rotation and planting his feet. yeah jones doesnt have that great of hands which is crazy i dont see why they dont try to bring in a good boxing coach for him with his reach he should be able to keep people on outside all day but yeah honestly his mit work there looked like your basic amateur mma fighter we have guys who trained only 3 months who look better than that on mitts tbh jones isnt known for having crisp boxing though

This thread bothers me on so many levels. The OP starts a thread saying Badr Hari hits harder than Jon Jones. No shit? Really? Its Badr Hari, of course he strikes faster and harder than Bones. Gdamn, you needed to make a thread for that? But then my frustration deepens with the first page of replies trying to figure out why Hari looks and sounds better, Jones is using different pads, Hari is closer to the camera, what the fuck people.
