Do you guys think this is just a big coincidence that all of these dominant champions have reach advantage against almost every opponent that they faced and they never had any reach disadvantage in their entire careers?

And another question is, which fighter uses their long reach advantage better, and more effectively?

GSP, Usman and Adesanya never had a reach disadvantage, not "always had a reach advantage".

Diaz, Strickland, and Wilkinson all had the same reach as GSP, Usman, and Adesanya according to your spoilers.

You didn’t factor in height, which is very important when discussing reach.

GSP: Diaz, Condit and Bisping are taller than GSP with the same reach, so they were actually the longer fighter.

Usman: Strickland and Edwards are longer than Usman

Khabib had a stupid strength advantage throughout his career. A natural welterweight fighting one dimensional featherweights will do that. You can say things like that for all dominant champs.

What are they gonna do, not use their reach? If what you were implying were true the rankings would be in order of reach.

Pretty sure Anderson normally did as well.
Reach is a huge factor, don't think that takes away from their skills all that much though.

Yeah and reach is basically thee most important factor (other than of course an absurd weight difference, but... that's the point of weight-classes obviously) in advantages. Reach is not regulated....

McGregor realised this, that's why he did so well at FW. His reach at FW was absurd.

Jones and Usman probably know this too. The most sociopathic fighters seem to, because.... they just analyze how to manipulate things at a higher level to exploit. All are sociopaths and all are fighting well below (well, Conor did initially @ FW) their natural weight-classes - it's not about weight - but REACH.

Yup.

Now TS show all the Champs who had a more classic grappling build and lets ask the same coincidence about how a natural grappling build has been even MORE of an advantage throughout MMA history.

Struve had like the biggest reach advantage at heavyweight...
Never helped him none <45>It is all about the skills and what you do with it :D

Yes, it did help him.
Without his height and reach he wouldn't even be in the UFC.
If he knew how to use his reach he would have had more wins, but his boxing skills sucked.
