As the OP said, Albuquerque, is in New Mexico, and southern states like Texas / New Mexico / Arizona have a lot of native-Spanish-speakers so they're literally simply labeling all their products in 2 languages which is fair enough. I guess jones would prefer if it is was "Negro Black" ??? But then someone would say "why the heck does the SPANISH word come before the ENGLISH word?".

Negro existed wayyy before colonial times and the enslavement of Africans, it comes from the latin nigreos which means black, it can be used in a racist way depending on the intention of the user but the world itself simply means black and has nothing to do with colonialism.
