Jon Jones takes any boxer in an MMA fight. Virtually any top 20 Boxer from MW up would likely take Jon in a boxing fight.

Most MMA fighters who claim to specialise in boxing actually have awful boxing skills. JDS, Hunt, Andy Silva all come to mind. Diaz brothers are horribly overrated too. They have the boxing skills of average amateurs. You need good footwork and combination punching to be a good boxer. Chad Mendes in the second Aldo fight showed better boxing than any of the so-called boxing specialists. Any decent pro KOs a top MMA fighter in boxing. So Valeuv by early KO against Jones (and Valuev wasn't a banger)

jon has great greco there are lots of upper body throws that im sure jon would be able to use to get him to the ground... obvious he is no fedor from the position but i think he could get it done.
