Jon Jones using Cheque Drops

Mibolerone is a veterinarian grade anabolic steroid that was released in the 1960’s by Upjohn under the brand name Cheque Drops and later as Cheque Medicated Dog Food. The purpose of this steroid is to disrupt the menstrual cycle of a female dog in order to prevent pregnancy. As with many steroid hormones, and this includes veterinarian grade, it wasn’t long after its inception that athletes and bodybuilders found a use.

Estrogenic: Estrogenic side effects or Cheque Drops are very possible as this steroid is a progestin and aromatizes heavily. The side effects of Cheque Drops can include gynecomastia, water retention and high blood pressure associated with severe water retention. However, because use is typically so short lived and doses used are low (it takes very little Mibolerone to increase aggression) estrogenic effects aren’t often seen.

Obviously JJ's got some mibolerone tainted with t-bol.

Jeff Novitzky needs to stop patting himself on the back and UFC needs to rescind their cooperation with USADA.

Wait a second, mibolerone is not an endogenous steroid, so how can it be microdosed? Nowitzky said only endogenous substances are microdosed.

The whole point with the microdosing with endogenous is about the way they could be mistaken for something being naturally produced. So it´s all about the detection.

In the case of the Mibolerone the half life is so small that it doesnt really last long enough to be detected, so microdosing works like a charm unless you are unlucky enough to be tested withing a couple of hours from ingestion.

Doesn’t sound like something you’d use regularly though? I mean these types of things for aggression tend to be less effective if used too often.

That’s why he only gets busted on fight week and not in random tests. He microdoses close to fight week.

Just stumbled upon this when reading the JRE podcast comments for lols.

Then saw this interesting comment which was deleted before by Young Jamie.

"This is the most pathetic attempt at damage control I've ever seen . Mibolerone aka Cheque Drops (CD) is the drug Jon Jones was taking, CD has a half life of 2-4 hours and it's very popular with fighters and powerliftes (Jones has connections with powerlifters), CD is often cut with Turinabol because they're similar (except CD is MUCH more potent and has a much shorter half life). CD is taken in microdosages, this explains why Jones had such small trace amounts of turinabol in his system, turinabol is taken in mg not microdosages, the fact that Jon had picograms and results that he was clean and other results showing obvious signs of re-administration. If you want more info on CD just google "(60:14) Brendan explains Turinabol - Jon Jones" , you'll find a Reddit link where an actual PED expert explains why Jon had Turinabol in his system (Tweet the link to Daniel Cormier, tweet to Cormier about Mibolerone). Funny how Brendan never mentioned this on Joe's podcast, I wouldn't be surprised if Joe told Brendan not to talk about it on the JRE. Remember people, Joe, Jeff and USADA work for the UFC. Last time I posted this on a Jon Jones PED video, the powerful Young Jamie deleted my comment."

Discuss. Would love for someone to drop science.

Needs to lay off the cheque drops before hitting the strip joints.
