In his prime he was built like a tank and had a good combat background, he's close to 60 now and trying to chase the glory years most likely. He's definitely just talking shit...he would fit in on this forum with all of us lol.
I personally don’t think at his age, and with the current evolution of martial arts, he could hold his own against professional MMA fighters. That is straight up ballet. You're on sherdog a fight forum.

With that said you’re missing the context. Karate point fighting as a 19 year old in 1987, means more than it does today. Top tier Kickboxing promotions were scarce for a 19 year old from greater NYC/Connecticut region.
Joe Rogan, Wonderboy, Raymond Daniels, Michael Van Page all came from competitive bases that were similar to Karate point fighting.
Read up on Ernest the Cat Miller; he was known as a guy you didn’t want to cross in the WCW locker room (and he was a Karate point fighting champion, similar to Michael Jai White).
Its levels better than “ballet”, levels below a technical wrestling background. In others words Michael Jai White, similar to Ernest Miller, would’ve been in trouble with a real wrestler. To say he’s at a Seagal level or ballet level is absurd.
A bigger fake fighter could beat a smaller fake fighter. The moment he started saying he could beat Bruce Lee in a fight is what sealed the deal for me on him. Dude's ego doesn't even make sense.
Is he really that popular though dude does those lame ass Tyler Perry films. Why TF is MJW so popular????
He was only in D grade movies, he never competed in kickboxing or mma?
He's a smug, talking head. Literally don't care what he says.
Hes 58 years old dude..Can he take a punch ?
N is for Never under the wortherAnal
Funny that.....in the next minute he said Bisping beat his ass.
you read my mindLol so that's sentence is the most unrealistic for you?
An actor thinking that he can beat another actor?
