He has power in his kicks and elbows, and lots of other excellent attributes, but Jonny got the pillow hands.

I've asked this question before and the only reasonable response i've ever gotten is that he sorta rocked/dropped machida right before he choked him out.

All of those punches are pretty weak, quite frankly. Arm punches, mainly.

Especially the elbow-out arm punches to the body in the middle sequence.

You clearly know nothing about proper leverage in striking.

Yes, In the UFC only machida was rocked, Jones read Machida, he ran into that punch pretty hard.

Outside of UFC in couple of first fights he had 2 KOs, "Ryan Verrett" and "Carlos Eduardo".

Definitely not underrated, because he has average or even below average punching power for LHW...

na the only time I member him knocking down someone with a single punch was against Machida, Jones wasn't the hardest hitter at 205, if he does finish Gane, it'll be by ground and pound or a sub

So that's what a punch looks like.... Honestly though, he probably hit so light because of his frame at LHW, I haven't heard anyone predict after bulking for 3 years he's going to get HW power which could possibly change some things in this fight.
