Been saying this from the beginning of his move up...hes doing it the right way...this is gunna be interesting, i see a solid 235 to 245 pound jones clearing house at HW soon...hea not just eating his way to HW...like most of these undisciplined noobs we see at HW who should really be at MW or LHW but but but dieting is hard HUR hur hur

I think Jon can get it done right. Discounting any situation involving a car, Jones is one of the smartest MMA fighters imo.
