Once again his bodybuilding genetics suck. His insertions and hypertrophic response is shit. But he's still strong AF thoI was surprised that JBJ looked soft, especially around the middle.
To me, it brings up a concern about training and preparation.
I thought that he was an easy bet , prior to seeing him.
He had 3 years to put on decent heavyweight muscle. Hollyfield did it in a year and a half, when he moved up from cruiser weight .
Honestly Jon just looks like he put fat on, but not muscle.
So wtf was that about? Is there a movie im unaware of?For real I think Jake is beating him tomorrow View attachment 971642
Lol no way he’s not juicing this fight. He’s on something trust me
He’s off the “gas station dick pills” in his own words

There's nothing to beat when you have permission.Usada can have this effect on fighters. I think his years away were perfecting ways to beat usada.
NeverI've lost track: when does his pulsing exemption expire?
Muscle weighs more than fat. His frame can easily carry 250 pounds, mostly muscle, 12% body fat.I'm pretty sure he added both. To build muscle, you have to pack in calories and some of them inevitably go to the gut. If he's fighting at HW, it's probably not worth the trouble it would take to get rid of the added fat.
I thought he was infamous for not taking training seriously...He’s always been a very hard worker in training camp. So I refuse to believe he’s not ready for the fight. He may not win but he’s definitely ready.
He made the joke in his interview with Rob Whittaker And Alexander volkanovskiThose were his words? When and to whom did he say he was off them?
Or he was away for 3 years because he got caught by USADA like so many people think, and this is how his body looks without picograms and dickpills and whatnot. Also, his brothers probably teased him about his skinny frame his whole life to the point that getting fat seems a win to him…Usada can have this effect on fighters. If he worked really hard, he had enough time to do it, but I don't think he did and that's what bothers me.
The body he has now gave up speed and stamina. If the fight goes into championship rounds, Gane will have the advantage.
He was building strength, not muscle. Strength is neurological adaptation.I'm pretty sure he added both. To build muscle, you have to pack in calories and some of them inevitably go to the gut. If he's fighting at HW, it's probably not worth the trouble it would take to get rid of the added fat.
