First thing is: Jon Jones has now 15 title fight wins, like before we count Izzy's last title fight win, the total of number title fight wins of the UFC African champions were 15, Usman's 6 + Ngannou's 2 + Izzy's 7 (before revenge on Alex) = 15, which is also the same number of title fight wins Jon has but if Jon didn't fail that drug test in his fight with DC, it would've been 16 cause Jon has been in 16 title fights and he won all of them, it was just 1 that got overturned.

Another thing of his greatness is that all the GOATs have lost in MMA (if not counting Khabib, as also Khabib is not counted in the GOATs convo by some fans due to only 4 title fight wins and the first 16 guys he fought before the UFC are relatively unknown and have terrible MMA records), every GOAT lost and I don't mean by DQ:

I rewatched both Shogun and Gane vs Jones last night. To be able to whoop a champions ass at 23, destroy all the legends of the division, and over a decade later at 35 claim the HW belt... just speechless.

Jones being the greatest in MMA is obvious at this point. He has transcended MMA, and is possibly the greatest athlete of all time. He could even possibly be the greatest human to ever walk this earth.

Jones being undefeated sounds nice but he could just as easily have 3 legit losses on his record. Just because some some fighter runs a good variance in coin flip decisions shouldn't give him any extra points in anyones eyes.
