I think this will/should end like a Scooby doo mystery, and Jon will peel of his mask-face to reveal its actually DC, and DC will be all "if it wasn't for you meddling kids..." and Jon and Shaggy and Scooby will go get high in that van (and hopefully not drive it and smash into a tree or a person)...heh.

I don’t know where he was exactly when they police showed up. I don’t think that’s in any of the stories online. They all just said he got arrested for admitting to it. Some of that stuff is different by state though. I know here you can get one if you have your keys on you even if you’re sleeping in the back

Ariel read off the discovery from the police station. They scouted the area because they heard 'gunshots from the west'. They spotted the dark jeep and pulled jon over.

I'm not a fan of jon either.... but I actually feel for him at this point.

Dudes got legit issues, and he can't stop getting caught.
 
If a cop smells booze and you're in a vehicle guess what?... you're getting questioned... h
 
Jon is truly a weird guy when you think about it. All that money and he goes driving around at 1am alone, drunk and shooting his gun.

Why not go bang random girls and do more blow? Like what the fuck lol.
 
From what I recall, the original cop heard a gunshot while he was parked. He drove block over to where he thought the shot came from and saw Jones sitting in his car, talking to someone who was standing at his passenger window. The cop asked Jon about the gunshot, which Jones denied knowing anything about, and in doing so, he smelled alcohol on Jones, asked if he had been drinking, Jones said yes, and thats when he called the DUI cop whose video cam is the one we saw.

Wonder what the penalty is for admitting you intended to drive, but not actually driving. It can't be a DWI, if you actually didn't drive. Unless they can prove he drove there under the influence.
 
Be patient. This guy has weaseled his way out of countless failed PEDs tests and other shenanigans. He’ll be cleared soon.
 
When he was firing shots, was he also helping homeless people simultaneously ?
 
Didn’t they find the gun in his car after they did the sobriety test? Or after the car was impounded?

So fucking what, genius. If they're responding to gunshots, that's going to be their first priority, not just asking him questions about driving drunk.
 
Did they actually pull him over while he was driving? It looks like he might have just been chilling in his car before the police got to him. He claimed to have been chilling with homeless folks. Maybe he was sober before then he got fucked up with them too; I mean why else would he be hanging out with homeless people. And then he just walked back to his car or something. The whole gunshots thing might just be a coincidence. Yeah, someone heard gunshots, and Jones had a gun. But who doesn't have a gun in Texas. I mean, best case scenario is he just got fucked up with homeless people. Which is still really bad. Either way, he's got an addiction issue that needs to be fixed before he hurts himself. And if he really was driving drunk, then he needs to fix it before he hurts or kills someone else.
