Jones seems to slowly be unravelling. He’s out for a year and returning for a fight no one cares about against a 47 year old Stipe. Meanwhile Francis Ngannou is a multi-sport savage receiving universal acclaim for his performance. Ngannou just made more money than Jones will in his life without the UFC. Meanwhile Dana has been disparaging Jon for years yet he’s stuck with a company that publicly insults him. Ngannou > Jon

Insecure narcissists can't stand when other people get some rub, best examples I can think of are Jones and Conor. They'll try and bring down anyone they deem a threat so they can protect their fragile egos.

Jon lacks any self-awareness. He literally just posted that Francis didn’t believe in himself and wasn’t willing to gamble on himself. Ngannou is the epitome of believing in yourself. Meanwhile Jones is stuck with a company that’s been insulting him for years.

The tipping point for Ngannou was literally that his pay would decrease if he lost to Jones.

Nobody think that this cannot lead to Dana booking a Conor v Floyd, but instead it’s Jones v Francis? It’d be the biggest fight ever (and Jones would beat him). Dana just ditched USADA and inked a deal with budlight and y’all don’t think he’s doing what he does best? This is the same Dana that was arguably sportsman of the year, during the Covid pandemic …

Dana is playing 4D chess with the Budlight deal. Sean Strickland already explained all this. Guys like Sean are going to say exactly how he feels about them with a Budlight in his hands, standing in front of a Budlight logo, and Budlight is going to have to sit there and take it or denounce him and his views.

Either way they get paid to say their message, and either way we find out where Budlight really stands by their reaction to it.
