Which one was the biggest failure outside of the ring/octagon?

Still to be determined. Mike cleaned his act up. Jones might or might not.

Did Tyson ever get convicted for anything else than the rape thing, which he might have been/might not have been guilty of?

at this stage JJ might finish on top when his career is over

not sure but before he started fighting i think he was in trouble heaps

Rape conviction, crashed career, bit ear off opponent, went bankrupt despite being the highest paid boxer of his era as a result of Don King robbing him blind?

I'd say Jones has some catching up to do.

double like

Jones.

He came from a supportive and successful family. He's decently educated, and has had every opportunity and advantage that anyone could ask for in life. He has dedicated coaches and teammates who would do anything for him--and he chooses to squander that because he takes it all for granted.

Mike Tyson, on the other hand, grew up in the ghetto with nothing but bullies and gangbangers to look up to. He's had one trustworthy influence in his life, and almost everyone else has been a yes-man, a hanger on, or a flat out thief.

It is fucking amazing that he's succeeded at anything given the hellish circumstances surrounding his last life.

Sure he's made mistakes, but he's paid for them and has come out a better man in the end.

Jones would have to become president of The United States of Space to rise from his circumstances in the way that Tyson has.

Not even close, son.

.

Yes, because taking illegal substances was solely his idea, and no one else in his camp knew it or encouraged it ;)

Most of the time this sort of thing happens, you look at coaches first and athletes second.

bigger failure outside of the ring? jones and it's not even close, tyson overcame a lot of hardship, jones comes from a middle class family, normal life, decent education and he's a coke head and public menace who's lucky he didn't kill someone in a car accident so far

Tyson is a legit badass! Jon Jones is just stupid.

Tyson went bankrupt despite making $300 million throughout his career. Jones is a complete fuckhead but Mike is a bigger failure in every sense of the word.

and tyson is innocent of that rape conviction, that bitch should have gotten time in prison not him

Jones is just a bad boy kid, Tyson is a psyco

and I say it as a big Mike Fan, of all he did for boxing

lol srsly?

Tyson is a rapist, who bit the ear off an opponent, who was a better boxer than him.

I said Jones was going to Mike Tyson his career when he first go into trouble and it's certainly heading that way. The only thing left for him to do now is go to prison and convert to Islam which I could easily see happening. I predict these tings.
